🎯Your mission at Aticco!

You will be the responsible to ensure that the performance of each space in Barcelona aligns with the service standards we aim to deliver, including facility maintenance and upkeep, staff management, and coordination with other departments to guarantee the best service.


You will report directly to the COO and will be responsible for the department's key metrics, leading a fantastic team of 20 to 30 people, acting as the direct supervisor for the Coworking Managers (9-10 individuals).

🚀 How will your day to day be like?

  • Develop city operations strategy to design and implement a customer-focused operations approach tailored to the city’s needs.
  • Set and monitor KPIs and OKRs by establishing key performance and operational metrics, tracking them, and preparing monthly reports.
  • Oversee city teams, manage staff performance reviews, and foster employee development to ensure retention.
  • Manage top 20 client accounts, ensuring account health, loyalty, and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Architecture teams to streamline onboarding processes for major clients and track account performance.
  • Supervise daily operations, conduct facility audits, and address facility-related incidents efficiently.
  • Manage the city’s loyalty budget, billing, outstanding payments, and supplier relationships to optimize costs.
  • Lead initiatives to improve spaces and operational processes while monitoring their effectiveness.
  • Partner with Marketing, Events, and other departments for city branding, positioning, and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Build relationships with property owners, represent the organization at city events, and act as an after-hours emergency contact.
