Your Own Mission ⭐️


As a member of the Community Team, your mission will be to make coworkers fall in love and stay in love with Aticco, establishing quality relationships among the members of our community and ensuring that our coworkers have the best possible experience within Aticco.


How will your day to day be? 😎


Community and Sales:


- Be the reference point at your location for all members and the spokesperson for our clients.

- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships, with a people centric approach.

- Be responsible for the process of Account Management at your location, holding periodic one to one meetings with all your internal clients.

- Keep up to date Account Management data in our CRM and provide bi-weekly and monthly reports to upper management.

- Show and tour the space to potential customers.

- Solve issues of complexity and sudden immediacy such as members’ terminations or possible improvements or requests.

- Be in charge of the negotiation process and closing of sales opportunities.


Building management:


- Ensure that building operations and processes are running smoothly on a day to day basis.

- Maintain the vibe and organization of the space.

- Run periodic checks to oversee the status of the facilities and arrange repairs, maintenance or required updates.

- Coordinate with other in-house teams for the proper maintenance of the facilities.

- Liaise with external cleaning and security providers to adjust and improve the service offered, as well as reporting possible inefficiencies.


Team and internal processes:


- Lead and supervise the Team at your location: set the tone for the team, demand performance, drive results.

- Ensure that processes execution are achieved and respected.

- Design and implement rules, guidelines, processes to improve members’ experience and business operations in general.

- Contribute actively to the creation and presentation of content in our internal knowledge base.

- Be the point of contact between HQ and your location. Supervise the correct execution of all processes and protocols in the building so that Aticco standards of service are met at every level.


Who are we looking for? 🎯


+2 years experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, tourism industry or similar.

Experience managing people.

Organized multitasker willing to contribute to different aspects of the business.

Ability to remain positive in a high pressure environment and face complicated situations with the best attitude.

Passionate about entrepreneurship and building new relationships and networks.

Proactive and creative attitude to continuously improve and innovate for better.

High hustle quotient: willing to get your hands dirty as necessary to move fast and get things done.

Community oriented; loving the idea of Coworking, Collaborating and Co-creating.

Strong written and verbal skills both in English and Spanish.
