Aticco is not just a flexible workspace, it is an innovative ecosystem for Startups and entrepreneurs, where projects grow and where we are all part of a Community!
It is currently formed by a group of four companies: Aticco Workspaces, Aticco Living, AticcoLab and AticcoVentures. Together we create an innovative ecosystem that promotes new disruptive models of Work & Life. - You have strong sales leadership experience, especially in outbound and inbound strategies.
- Strategic thinking to plan and execute pipeline growth.
- Analytical skills to optimize performance using data.
- Effective communication to collaborate and motivate the team.
- Focus on results, achieving lead and conversion targets.
- You are able to communicate fluently in Spanish and English.
🚀 How will your day to day be like?
- Design and execute lead generation strategies aligned with company objectives, optimizing inbound, outbound and pipeline processes.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on lead generation goals and objectives.
- Recruit, train and lead the SDRs team, fostering a high performance culture and providing continuous feedback.
- Establish and monitor key KPIs (number of leads, conversion rate, response time) and adjust strategies based on data analysis.
- Evaluate and improve processes, selecting and managing sales tools to optimize team efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to coordinate efforts and improve the prospect experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Stay current on industry trends, promoting continuous innovation in prospecting and sales management methodologies.
